Mark Benford and Janis Hawk go to Munich, Germany to hear from Rudolf Geyer, a former Nazi concentration camp officer now in prison. Geyer claims to have information related to the Global Blackout, and eventually reveals his knowledge that crows died out en masse during the blackout.
