Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), formerly known as the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), is a federal law enforcement agency of the United States which specializes in enforcing immigration and customs laws.

ICE agents raid Emil Gutierrez's automobile repair shop, arresting him for illegally employing persons without an I-9 form. They also detain his workers, including Keiko Arahida. ("Queen Sacrifice")
