The President of the United States is the leader of the executive branch of the United States of America. In that capacity, the office is also the head of state and head of government, and the highest public official in the country. The President is elected to four-year terms.

The current President, elected in 2004 and currently serving his second term, is Dave Segovia. As a result of the GBO, the Vice-President was either killed or incapacitated. President Segovia appointed Senator Clemente as a replacement.
